Shipping and Returns

PROCESSING

  • Once we receive your order please allow 24 to 48 hours for processing (excluding weekends and national holidays.) All orders will be subject to processing time that is separate from the time it takes to be fulfilled.

 

  •  After processing is complete, you will receive a tracking number immediately. Your tracking number will update once USPS has recieved the package and is successfully processed through their system

SHIPPING

  • Please allow  5-7 business days for domestic shipping. We ship all orders through USPS. To ensure that your order arrives on time, please make sure your address is correctly entered and includes all required and relevant information to ensure timely deliveries.

 

  • Laray is not liable for lost, stolen, incorrect address, or misplaced packages. Once a package has left our HQ, and in is the hands of the post office we have no control over the package. 

RETURNS

  • Our return policy last 15 days after the order is received (excluding weekends and national holidays.) Returns/ Exchanges are not processed until we receive the return/ exchange item at our HQ. For returns/ exchanges email our customer service department and we will be glad to assist.

 

  • Once a return label has been issued, the item must be brought to USPS within 14 days (excluding weekends and holidays) of being issued the return label. Items are only exchangeable if unworn, in good condition, and in original packaging. If an item does not work for you, the item can  be exchanged for store credit that can be used towards another order or you may opt for a full refund.
